Spring is commonly known as the best time to sell and surprisingly the "spring market" kicks off generally when the Super Bowl is over. Although it is not officially spring from a seasonal perspective, the real estate spring market's early listing activity begins at this time. You may have noticed a significant fall off in listings this week as most sellers prefer not to compete with this weekend as the opening days to introduce their home to potential buyers. Starting Feb 15 and moving forward buyers should start seeing a significant increase in listing activity. Over the past week 547 new listings hit the market in the entire East Bay market. We expect those numbers to double the week after Feb 15. Please keep an eye on the listings and enjoy the game. My prediction is there will not be a tie. That is always a safe bet. Enjoy the game!

"Charlotte was a pleasure to work with - she was very responsive to emails, phone calls, texts. She was very organized and stayed on top of our extra complex process, and we closed on time. She advocated and negotiated with our best interest in mind and made the process a lot smoother."
