Just a friendly reminder to be sure and set your clocks back one hour November 1st, this Sunday.

The East Bay market continues to do well with no real slow down on pending activity. Weekly pending sales data shows we are going to have a strong fall and winter market with 3,775 properties going pending since Oct 27th. Those figures indicate extremely strong buyer interest in what is otherwise considered a slower time of year. 20,953 homes have sold in the East Bay this year. Based on these numbers, the final East Bay sales figures for 2015 should exceed 25,000 total sold units. As long as rates remain low, we expect the buyer interest to remain strong for the remainder of this year and well into the Spring market.
